Just Be Wellbeing Centre in Dubai needed to manage several types of services, including therapy, yoga and seminars. Standard booking tools could not handle the centre’s different schedules, staff roles and operational needs, so a more flexible system was required.
We built a custom Laravel application around the centre’s actual workflows. Different users were given separate access levels, while scheduling, check-ins, payments and facilitator information were handled through dedicated areas of the system. The front end was kept simple and aligned with the centre’s calm visual identity.

The system has been running for more than five years and continues to support the centre’s day-to-day operations. It reduced manual scheduling issues, helped avoid appointment conflicts and gave the business room to add new programmes without rebuilding the platform.
