Digital Eyedeas provides end-to-end video production for brand and influencer campaigns. This case study covers how we produced Mastercard India’s multi-celebrity ‘Tap & Go’ campaign for Ketchum Sampark, from scripting through final delivery.
Mastercard’s new Tap & Go Visa feature was convenient, but “swiping” and “dipping” cards was a deeply ingrained habit. Ketchum Sampark needed a campaign that felt like entertainment, not an instruction manual — one that used four distinct celebrity personas, from Bollywood glamour to stand-up comedy, to make tapping feel effortless and current. The added complexity: coordinating four busy schedules while keeping the Mastercard message consistent across very different content styles.
We took ownership of the full production pipeline and tailored the execution to each talent’s natural register while keeping the core message unified.
- Managed the complete cycle — scripting, storyboarding and logistics through directing and post-production
- Shot Arjun Kapoor and Karishma Tanna in high-gloss cinematography, positioning the card as a premium lifestyle accessory
- Shot Abish Mathew and Rohan Joshi in a sketch-comedy format, using humor to sell speed and convenience
- Ran tight logistics across four celebrity schedules to protect both the shoot budget and the talent’s time
- End-to-end video production (pre through post)
- Four talent-specific content pieces
- Colour grading and motion graphics
- Content was shared and consumed as entertainment rather than as advertising
- Delivered complex multi-star assets on schedule for a global-account agency partner
- Positioned the studio as a reliable production arm for high-pressure, celebrity-led campaigns
