Shree Vailankanni English School was managing several day-to-day activities through a mix of manual processes, phone calls and spreadsheets. Parents needed an easier way to check attendance, fees and exam results, while teachers needed a simple mobile interface for attendance and assignments. The Chairman also needed a clearer view of the school’s operations. The school wanted a practical digital solution without the time and cost of building a complete school-management platform from scratch.
- We started with an established Flutter and Laravel school-management platform and customised it around the school’s requirements, workflows and branding.
- We created separate Android apps for parents and teachers so each user saw the information and tools relevant to their day-to-day work.
- We replaced the generic top-level admin view with a dedicated Chairman Dashboard and configured attendance, fees, examinations, timetable, assignments and noticeboard modules around the school’s needs.

The new system brought key academic and administrative activities into one place. Parents could access attendance, fees and exam results from their phones, teachers could manage attendance and assignments without relying on paperwork, and the Chairman had a central view of the institution. By customising an existing platform instead of developing every component from scratch, the school could launch a branded solution with less development time and overhead.
