Schools juggling parent communication, teacher workflows, and fee collection typically rely on a patchwork of paper notices, phone calls, and spreadsheets. Shree Vailankanni English School needed a single digital system that let parents track their child’s attendance, fees, and exam results; let teachers manage assignments and attendance from their phones; and gave the Chairman a clear, real-time view of the institution — without the cost and timeline of building a school management platform from the ground up.
We implemented and customized a proven Flutter and Laravel school-management platform, tailoring it to the school’s specific structure and branding rather than reinventing the underlying system.
- Deployed two dedicated Android applications — one for parents, one for teachers — each scoped to what that user actually needs day to day
- Rebuilt the top-level admin view as a dedicated Chairman Dashboard, reflecting the school’s real leadership structure rather than a generic “Admin” login
- Configured core modules — attendance, fee collection, exam results, timetable, assignments, and the noticeboard — around the school’s academic calendar and fee structure
- Branded the entire experience — app icons, colours, and login screens — so parents and teachers experience it as Shree Vailankanni’s own app
